Khun Sing started playing judo at the age of 17 and became a member of the Thai national judo team representing Thailand as an international competitor from 1995 – 2003. She was ranked #1 at the South Eastern Asian Games, #5 in International Women's Judo, #5 at the Asian Games, and #3 at the Asian Judo Championships. As national coach leader from 2002 – 2006, Khun Sing led the Thai national judo team in the Macau International Judo Tournament (2006), the SEA Games in the Philippines (2005), the Hong Kong International Judo Tournament (2005), the SEA Judo Vietnam International Tournament (2004) and the HTV Cup Vietnam International Tournament (2004). She received the 4th dan Judo at the age of 29.

Khun Sing graduated from Rachaphat Suan Dusit University in the faculty of Education majoring in psychology and educational counseling and taking physical education as a minor. She then joined the Royal Thai Police and served as close-combat instructor.

Over the years Khun Sing met various coaches from the Sports Authority of Thailand who encouraged her to take up bodybuilding as they thought she had a unique physical potential. It took her quite a while to decide while her family was not convinced this was a good idea but they did eventually come around – and the rest is history.

Since 2005, Sing has been successful in numerous national and international bodybuilding and fitness competitions. She currently holds the titles for Miss Fitness Thailand and Miss Body Fitness Asia and is among the top ten body fitness competitors in the world.

With her broad experience in sports and nutrition, Khun Sing has established herself as the most renowned personal trainer in Bangkok. Khun Sing has also branched out into the movie world. She played a major role in the action motion picture 'Do Suay Doo' (Raging Phoenix), which was released in 2009.
